Unknown gunmen, suspected to be bandits, attacked a Mosque in Tella town, Taraba State’s Gassol local government area.
At least four worshippers were abducted during the attack on Wednesday evening while worship was taking place in the mosque, according to reports.

DSP Usman Abdullahi, the Taraba State Police Public Relations Officer, confirmed the attack when reached by DAILY POST.
He was unable to provide specifics about the incident, adding only, “I will get back to you quickly.”
During Isha’i prayers, a group of roughly 12 gunmen stormed the worship center with sophisticated weaponry and whisked the victims away to an unknown location.
