Asmau led Kaduna NUJ, KASTELEA explore areas of collaboration

Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Kaduna State executive Council led by Asmau Halilu have concluded meeting on how to explore areas of collaboration with Kaduna State Environmental law Enforcement Agency (KASTELEA).

Earlier in her remarks in a courtesy visit to KASTELEA, comrade Halilu, the current
state council chairman sought for collaboration and understanding between members of the two organisation because of their importance role and schedule of duties.

Comrade Halilu also sought for constant interactive forum with NUJ for continue sensitization of the public on the duties and responsibilities of the Agency with a view to remedy some its misunderstood images.

KASTELEA chief executive officer (CEO) Major Garba Yahaya was also made to understand the working of Journalists interms of timing and enjoined him to ensured that its officers and Marshall speed up their screening or allowed journalsts car owners met deadline whenever necessary.
Issues of harassment, back and forth between both journalsts and the Agency’s officers on the road, as well as quackries was exhaustively discussed during the question and answer session of the visit.

Above all, the Corps Marshal promised and ready to work with Asmau Halilu led Nuj Exco for the laundering of the good image, progress and success of their agency in the state. End
