Adamawa lawmaker inaugurates mobile hospital

Sen. Binos Yaroe, representing Adamawa South senatorial district has inaugurated mobile hospital for free medical services to constituents.
Speaking during the inauguration in Borong, Demsa Local Government Area on Sunday, Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar described the mobile hospital as world class facility.


Abubakar who was represented by Former Governor of Adamawa, Boni Haruna said that the Yaroe had done much for the constituent and deserve to be reelected.

“This a world class facility and in honestly you can’t find this facilities in conventional hospitals, they are of world class.

“My prayer is of the services to be sustain, the senator should develop mechanisms to get it sustain even after his tenure.

“This is not a job of legislator, basically the job of legislator is to make laws for good reference but for the senator to via in to this service is quite commendable”, he said.

In his remarks, Yaroe said that the mobile hospital are to compliment his free medical outreaches across the nine Local Government Areas of the zone.
According to him, with the mobile hospital a lot of people at the grassroots will benefit from his free healthcare services.

He added that is of his priority to provide free medical services for the less privilege persons whom can not afford to go to hospital due to some challenges.

Yaroe further commended heath officials for their contributions towards the success of the free medical outreaches and that of the mobile hospital.

Dr Dar Telemoh, consultant said that at the inauguration five patients are to be operated, 200 patients to be consulted and have their treatment inside the Van.

He said that the Van has everything that clinic should have for effective service delivery.

“It has accident and emergency unit, place for delivery, consulting unit, theatre room, laboratory, patient monitor, treatment room among others including toilet”, he said.

In his remarks, the traditional leader, Murum Bwaltam Biyapo commended Yaroe for the gesture and charged those responsible for the sustenance of the van to ensure justice and fairness to last longer.
