Again, ISWAP kill many Boko Haram members in deadly clash at  Chilaria, Borno

By: Zagazola Makama

The Islamic State of West African Province (ISWAP), have reportedly eliminated many Boko Haram terrorists in a sustained inter-rivalry clash in Chillaria axis of Sambisa Forest.

It was gathered that ISWAP terrorists ambushed a moving convoy of the Boko Haram elements which triggered a heavy gun battle at about 4:30 pm and lasted almost 40 minutes.

An Intelligence source told Zagazola Makama, a Counter-Insurgency expert and Security Analyst in Lake Chad, that the ISWAP who had taken strategic positions totally routed Boko Haram fighters and killing unspecified numbers of them.

The sources said one Hilux truck, several vmotorcycles and weapons were seized by the ISWAP from the Boko Haram

Zagazola had earlier predicted that the worsening inter-rivalry clashes, between the Jihadist groups may lead them to irreversible self-destruction as the revolting ISWAP  had vowed to battle more with members of its former main body than even with the Nigerian troops.
